Pork & Pinot:
A Farm to Table Experience

Dining Services and the Stamp Student Union are partnering to hold a signature culinary event in the Colony Ballroom of the Stamp on Thursday, February 20 titled “Pork & Pinot: A farm to table experience.”  Executive Chef Will Rogers will demonstrate how sustainability can still be gourmet by preparing a 3-course meal each paired with an award-winning Maryland wine, and cooking demonstrations.  The evening kicks off with a happy hour (cash bar) and passed hors d’oeuvres at 5pm with guests being seated for dinner at 6:15pm.  Please see the image for the menu or visit the website for more information.
