Social Enterprise Symposium: Transforming Business for the Global Good

Where: Van Munching

Please join the Smith School's Center for Social Value Creation and the Ashoka Terp Changemakers for our Social Enterprise Symposium: Transforming Business for the Global Good on March 25 from 5:30-9:00PM in Van Munching Hall. SES is a free, student-run program designed to introduce new approaches for making impactful, lasting social change around the world using market-based approaches. This year's keynote is Stanley Litow, VP of Corporate Citizenship and Corporate Affairs of IBM and President of the IBM International Foundation. You will have the chance to participate in interactive sessions on a variety of topics, from social media and sustainability to microfinance and mobile technology. The evening will culminate in a networking fair and reception, giving you the opportunity to connect with professionals and learn more about opportunities to create change through jobs and internships in various sectors.
