Terrapin Station has quickly become the place to sample delicious asian cuisine in College Park over the past year. Joining long-term tenant Kiyoko Express within the past year have been Pho Thom, Ivy Noodles, and now Ovo Vegetarian Restaurant.

Ovo Vegetarian is a quick service restaurant focuses on innovative vegetarian dishes with an Asian influence. The owner, Derrick Chang, has over 9 years of restaurant experience and has traveled around the U.S. sampling a variety of vegetarian dishes. Through his travels Derrick found that many restaurants presented the same old vegetarian dishes at relatively high price points. At Ovo Vegetarian Derrick hopes to showcase the varying possibilities for healthy food beyond salad including unique desserts.

The restaurant’s carry-out packaging is 90% earth friendly, compostable type organic materials. It carries Oogave, an organic fountain soda, and a variety of other organic beverages along with different hot tea selections. To supplement their in-house creations, Ovo Vegetarian will sell an assortment of fresh Asian bakery items delivered daily from a nearby business.

Ovo Vegetarian is located at 7313-E Baltimore Avenue, between Pho Thom and T-Mobile. Parking is available in the Downtown Parking Garage at Knox Road and Yale Avenue.
